I drink one cup in the morning and 2 cups after dinner and WOW I wish I found this sooner. It’s so easy to use. You just put the water in, seal the lid and push the button. When the light goes off in a few minutes it’s done. It takes 5 minutes from my day but gives me double the energy and my movement feels lighter and easier.

It is not very heavy so it is easy to carry. I often carry it when I go out for work (construction) now. I turn it on when I get in my car and drink a full cup before driving and I find I am less sore and my joints are better recovered for the next day. I am not sure if drinking it right after work is necessary but I feel it is better to drink right after as it starts recovery immediately.

The water does not have any aftertaste or any weird taste which is what worried me the most as weird taste usually indicates chemicals. When it works, you can see bubbles go up and form in the bottle which means the molecular hydrogen is dissolving in the water. As for benefits, I can not tell yet but I can verify that there is no Chlorine taste.

I’ve owned another hydrogen water bottle in the past that stopped working shortly after the warranty period, so this time I decided to just buy the best hydrogen bottle I could find.
